why?

‘the only thing a competitor cannot do is replicate the experience clients receive by working with you.’

It is a source of long term sustainable competitive advantage, and client satisfaction is the goal driving all client decisions. It drives new supplier selection, repurchasing decisions and whether a client will recommend you to others. It demonstrates the value you provide, rather than focusing on price.
